Refund Policy
At NeuroPulse®, your satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a return under the conditions below for orders placed on neuropulsemen.com.
Deadlines
Satisfaction (right of withdrawal): up to 7 calendar days from delivery.
Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from delivery.
Visible damage upon delivery: notify within 24 hours of receipt and include clear photos or video of the product and the outer packaging with the shipping label visible. After this period, damage may be deemed due to improper handling.
Optional extension by request: if you prefer to unify the manufacturing-defect warranty to 90 days, let us know and we will update this document accordingly.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
Returns are not accepted if the item has been altered or modified in any way (for example, unauthorized adjustments, component replacements, or structural changes).
After we receive the item and our quality inspection is approved, you may choose one of the following:
Exchange for another item available in stock, or
Refund of the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
How to Start a Return
Email support@neuropulsemen.com including your order number, full name, and reason for the request.
Attach clear photos or a video (up to 1 minute) showing the issue and the original packaging with the shipping label visible.
You will receive return instructions (return address and/or return label or code, when applicable).
Once the item is received, we will complete the quality inspection and notify you of the outcome (exchange or refund).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the quality inspection is approved.
Credit card refunds may appear within up to two subsequent billing statements, depending on the card issuer.
Timelines can vary based on the payment gateway and your financial institution.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, unless an extension to 90 days has been agreed upon.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or photos clearly showing the defect, along with the original packaging (shipping label visible).
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Cosmetic wear or damage after purchase (for example, scratches, dents, or impact marks).
Damage from liquids, moisture, chemicals, or solvents inconsistent with normal use.
Incorrect handling or misuse, including extreme adjustments, torsion, exposure to high temperatures, or abrasive cleaning.
Unauthorized interventions, repairs, or component changes by third parties.
Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Any stress or resistance tests not recommended by NeuroPulse®.
